Any person who holds an appointed position as the chief law enforcement officer of a state, municipal, tribal, college, or university entity in Arizona which has the authority to enforce the laws of the state of Arizona and the government entity of which it is a part, provided such person is certified by AZPOST as having peace officer authority. Voting membership may be granted to an Active Member upon petitioning the Board for voting rights. There will be only one Voting Member per agency. Voting Members shall be entitled to hold office and serve on committees within the Association.

Important Instructions for Large Agencies

Your chief is the primary member and must register first and pay before he/she can add active members underneath the department's blanket membership.

Voting Members with over 750 sworn members will pay $5,000 in membership dues per year which includes the membership of their Command Staff.

Voting Members with 100-749 sworn members will pay $2500 per year which includes the membership of their Command Staff.

Voting Members with 100 or less sworn members will pay $350 per year.
